Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Scheduler within the Advanced Facilities Group to plan and update project schedules for Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects in the Ohio region. You will work with project teams to ensure schedules reflect realistic sequencing and resource loading.

You will review schedules, participate in proposal and baseline planning, and help train others on scheduling best practices.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of planning & scheduling, including proposals, baselines and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with and trains others on scheduling processes and best practices.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and pull planning with CPM alignment.
• Supports preparation of project reports.
• Adds resource and cost loading as needed.
• Provides planning support to operations, marketing and IPS functions.
