Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is hiring a Schedule Manager for a 12-month assignment in San Antonio, Texas. The role requires creating baseline schedules, using MS Project, and performing critical path analysis to prevent delays.

The position offers benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K with a pay range of $35.00–$40.00 per hour. You will coordinate with Project Managers and field teams to deliver on time.

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience with master scheduling for construction projects is preferred.
Ability to work on a 12-month contract and in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Create baseline master project schedules from pre-construction to closeout using MS Project.
Establish activity logic, WBS, predecessors/successors, lead/lag times.
Update schedules and track progress (weekly/monthly).
Monitor critical/near-critical paths to avoid delays.
Perform Time Impact Analyses and review change orders.
Develop recovery or acceleration schedules with field teams.
Lead scheduling review meetings with PMs, Superintendents, and trades.
Generate EVM metrics, S-curves, and dashboards for updates.
Analyze labor and resource loading to match site capacity.
