Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• Internship or early career experience in construction or B2B sales preferred.
• Interest in construction, engineering, and technical sales.
• Proficient with Excel and Office; CRM familiarity a plus.
• Willing to visit job sites and work in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Support prospecting for bid opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and designers.
• Use Salesforce to identify opportunities and update pipeline.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits for pricing inputs.
• Assist in collecting measurements and project details for quotes.
• Help prepare equipment, material lists, and labor estimates.
