Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a sales-focused professional in Maryland to drive bid opportunities in scaffold and work access. You will build relationships with contractors and agencies, use Salesforce to manage leads, and prepare price quotes for submittal.

Ideal candidates have construction industry experience, an engineering or construction estimating background, and strong Excel skills. Prior hands-on scaffold experience is a plus; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience selling scaffold and access services, including labor contracts.
• Cost estimation experience for scaffold and access projects.
• Experience using Salesforce in construction settings.
• Background in the construction industry required.
• Engineering, drafting, or construction estimating background preferred.
• Intermediate or better Excel capability.
• Hands-on scaffold builder or foreman experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for bid opportunities in the sales territory.
• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and agencies to create bid opportunities.
• Use Salesforce to identify and document bid opportunities and manage leads.
• Present product solutions that meet customer needs and foresee future needs.
• Visit job sites to gather information for price quotes.
• Assemble equipment lists, estimate hours, and determine freight for quotes.
• Navigate contracts through BrandSafway's contracting process.
• Coordinate with project controls to ensure timely billing and change orders.
• Provide on-site direction when new jobs commence.
• Prequalify customers and get BrandSafway on bidder lists.
• Assess upsell potential across BrandSafway products.
