Momper Insulation is seeking a driven Sales Representative to sell insulation and building-envelope solutions directly to builders, contractors, and construction professionals. You will engage job sites, evaluate needs, and present plans and proposals.

This role requires travel to residential and commercial sites, strong project reading skills, and the ability to develop long-term contractor relationships. A successful candidate thrives on field-based earning potential through salary plus

Qualifications

• Experience selling insulation or building materials to builders or contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Jobsite assessments - Visit residential and commercial projects to evaluate insulation needs based on plans, specs, and field conditions.
• Construction takeoffs - Read and interpret drawings to prepare material takeoffs and proposals.
• Builder & contractor advising - Recommend insulation systems and building-envelope strategies for performance and efficiency.
• Relationship development - Build and maintain partnerships with GCs, superintendents, project managers, and trade partners.
• Business generation - Drive sales through contractor networks, jobsite visits, events, and field presence.
• Project coordination - Work with installation crews to ensure scope, schedule, and quality.
• CRM & documentation - Maintain records and follow-ups to grow the pipeline.
