Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for daily communication.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiar with inspector guidelines and safety precautions.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to meet short deadlines and have flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from leads and direct marketing.
• Interpret blueprints to create load calculations and designs.
• Estimate material amounts and the cost of labor.
• Proficient in using CRM software, onscreen take-offs, and other sales tools.
• Communicate directly with the customer/builder when necessary.
