Morton Buildings, Inc. is a national leader in post-frame construction seeking a Sales Consultant to cover Steamboat Springs, Eagle, Rifle, and Rangely, CO.

The role emphasizes presale activities—prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, solution development—and post-sale project management to deliver a high-quality building experience. The position offers a company car, laptop, and cell phone, with starting pay between $65,000 and $85,000 annually plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred OR 5 years of construction management experience
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Minimal overnight travel required beyond initial training
• Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above budgets
• Aptitude to grow existing market share and be readily available during construction relative work hours
• Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project including MBI personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire
