Momper Insulation is seeking a driven Sales Representative who thrives in construction environments. You will sell insulation and building-envelope solutions directly to builders, contractors, and construction professionals, with a focus on on-site interaction and long-term relationships.

You’ll visit job sites to assess needs, read plans, and prepare proposals, while coordinating with installation crews to ensure on-time, accurate execution.

Qualifications

• Construction background in building materials or related fields.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Experience selling to builders, remodelers, or contractors.
• Knowledge of insulation/building-envelope systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to assess insulation needs based on plans and field conditions.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings to prepare takeoffs and proposals.
• Advise builders and contractors on insulation systems and building envelopes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with GCs, superintendents, and trade partners.
• Generate sales through contractor networks and site visits.
• Coordinate projects with installation crews to ensure scope and schedule.
• Maintain CRM records and documentation to grow the pipeline.
