Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Leader in Phoenix, AZ to oversee estimating and design coordination for heavy civil and infrastructure projects. You will shape project success from concept through construction by developing budgets, schedules, and execution strategies with operations, design teams, and clients.

You will lead in collaboration with owners and field teams, delivering high-impact early-stage planning and budgeting while working within a self-performing contracting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
8+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within heavy civil/infrastructure/design-build.
Expertise in self-perform operations: concrete, earthwork, utilities, mechanical systems.
Strong collaboration with owners, designers, and field teams.
Proficient in HCSS, P6, Bluebeam, Excel.
Proven leadership in budgeting, proposals, and early-phase planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee estimating and design coordination for heavy civil/infrastructure projects.
Develop budgets, schedules, and execution strategies from concept to construction.
Collaborate with operations, design teams, and clients.
Provide high-visibility leadership and influence in early project development.
