Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team in Towson, MD. You will prospect aggressively, sell with confidence, and deeply understand client needs while operating a full sales cycle from lead gen to close.

You will work with the CBS Division to manage client relationships, leverage our CRM, and coordinate with independent contractors to deliver projects. Expect base pay plus commissions and strong OTE potential in a fast-growing building maintenance network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of external B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, maintenance, or related sectors
• Proven track record of success in external B2B sales roles
• Experience with short sales cycles and strong closing abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Charismatic and engaging personality
• Excellent communication skills with ability to deliver presentations or conduct one-on-one meetings effectively

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
• Coordinate with account managers and team to build client relationships
• Schedule appointments, assess client needs, and prepare proposals/presentations
• Maintain CRM with accurate customer information and pipeline
• Oversee project delivery with independent contractors to ensure scope of work
• Identify opportunities for career development within the sales team
