Job summary

CFE, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Safety & Risk Specialist to support our operating divisions in safety, health, environmental compliance, and risk reduction. This high-impact role requires leadership in safety programs, site audits, and training across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 510/500 (CHST preferred), and excellent communication skills. Travel readiness and proficiency with safety software are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct construction safety management (roofing safety preferred).
• OSHA 510 or 500 preferred (CHST preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Understanding of risk management principles and hazard mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with various IT platforms.
• Willingness to travel; able to navigate rough terrain and climb structures.
• Ability to meet physical requirements for safety access.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to develop site-specific safety plans for high-risk projects.
• Conduct regular safety audits of job sites, offices, and yards; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead safety training programs for internal teams across locations.
• Support safety campaigns, recognition programs, and awareness initiatives.
• Serve as a go-to safety resource and role model across the organization.
• Perform data entry and use safety management software platforms.
• Promote CFE, Inc.'s values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
