Job summary

Premiere Communications & Consulting is seeking a Project Safety Coordinator to uphold safety across active job sites. You will inspect, advise, and partner with field teams to prevent incidents while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in construction safety, OSHA-30 and First Aid/CPR, with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills to support planning, toolbox talks, and incident investigations on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction safety or a related field.
• First Aid & CPR certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• STSC® or equivalent certification preferred.
• Authority to stop work in unsafe conditions.
• Authority to require immediate corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and observations to ensure safe work practices.
• Complete Job Safety Observations (JSOs) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify hazards and implement or recommend immediate corrective actions.
• Support safe execution of high-risk work activities.
• Participate in job planning and site coordination meetings.
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations, including documentation and follow-up.
• Support new hire orientations, site safety orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and proactive safety culture across the job site.
• Submit safety reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Escalate safety concerns, trends, and risks to the Safety Supervisor.
