Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Project Safety Manager in Dallas to oversee safety programs across construction projects. You will mentor safety professionals, collaborate with project teams and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and policies.

Responsibilities include leading safety meetings, conducting incident investigations, maintaining documentation, and driving a culture of continuous safety improvement while leveraging tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in construction safety.
• BCSP CHST or greater designation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using construction technologies and software such as Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of safety professionals, providing guidance and development.
• Collaborate with project staff and subcontractors to define safety roles at the project level.
• Conduct pre-planning safety meetings with subcontractor safety reps and competent person.
• Establish and conduct weekly safety meetings with subcontractor reps.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
