Job summary

CEC Facilities LLC in Santa Teresa, NM seeks a Safety Manager to lead the safety team on field projects, overseeing audits, investigations, and daily operations in a safety‑sensitive environment.

You will mentor field safety staff, ensure reporting accuracy, interact with project leadership and owners, and drive continuous improvement through corrective actions and compliance with OSHA standards. This role requires 5–7 years of safety management experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in occupational safety or health.
• Recognized safety certifications (CSP/ASP/CHST/STS/CSHO-C).
• OSHA 500 & 501 and related training.

Responsibilities

• Manage field safety staff, conduct audits and investigations for project safety.
• Review Velocity reports daily and ensure completeness.
• Communicate findings and corrective actions to project leadership and safety director.
• Maintain records and documentation to meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Develop corrective action plans during site visits and pre-construction activities.
