Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Safety Manager in Haskell, TX to lead safety coordinators and oversee audits, incident investigations, and daily project operations. This role is safety sensitive and involves oversight of field teams and site leadership interactions.

Responsibilities include ensuring daily safety reporting, enforcing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with policies. Overnight travel may be required, with exposure to construction sites and various environments.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual preferred: English/Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage field safety staff, surveys, audits, investigations, and data collection to support daily project operations.
• Ensure Velocity reports are submitted daily by safety coordinators and review for completeness.
• Follow up with coordinators and site supervision to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
