Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Safety Manager in Kenosha, WI to lead the organization\'s safety program and ensure compliance with all safety requirements. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction safety experience with a general contractor, construction manager, or design-build firm.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and risk management.
  • Experience conducting jobsite audits, investigations, and safety training.
  • OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, ASP, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both field and office personnel.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to regional project sites as needed.

This individual will partner with project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and executive management to promote a proactive safety culture and reduce risk across all job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
