Global Earthwork + Underground is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead safety, quality, and successful project completion in a dynamic construction environment. You will manage contracts, coordinate with trade partners, and drive scheduling and risk mitigation across teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, planning, and leadership, with responsibility for project controls and client relations in a high-stakes setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience preferred in construction.
• Strong industry experience specific to construction required.
• Proficiency with PM software tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM360, ACC, MS Project, P6, Google Earth/Drive, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and production for all assigned projects.
• Understand, enforce, and comply with contractual requirements; participate in negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with project team, trade partners, and client representatives.
• Lead development of work plans, resource engagement, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage suppliers and trade partners from onboarding through closeout.
• Oversee document control and project controls for compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule with Superintendents and partners.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to protect the project and company.
• Lead quality management and kick-off meetings with teams.
