Qualifications

• Five plus years of construction safety experience.
• BSCP/CSP/CHST/STSC certifications preferred.
• A degree in safety or related fields preferred.
• First-aid/CPR certification from Red Cross or AHA.
• OSHA 30-hr Construction certification.

Responsibilities

• Site safety observations with documentation of findings.
• Create reports, run safety metrics, and use safety software.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis.
• Represent contractor in progress meetings.
• Verify compliance with safety policies and procedures by law, owner, and contractors.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and safety meetings.
• Provide incident management and support.
• Documentation and report preparation.
• Conduct contractor program reviews.
