Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 8-10 Hour Days

Join a contractor supporting the early site development phase of a new data center construction project in Lebanon, IN. This is a long‑term opportunity providing hands‑on safety oversight for land preparation, mass excavation, trenching, grading, and heavy civil construction activities.
The Construction Safety Manager will maintain a strong field presence while working directly with heavy equipment operators, craft personnel, and project supervision to identify hazards, ensure OSHA compliance, and support safe execution of site development activities throughout the project.
OSHA 30 Construction Certification
Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
Data center or mission‑critical construction experience
Mass excavation and site development experience
Excavation/Trenching Competent Person experience
Heavy equipment safety experience
Underground utility construction experience
CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
