Safety Management Group in Lebanon, IN is seeking a local Safety Advisor - Owner's Rep to lead on-site safety for construction projects and advocate for the owner's requirements. You will coach teams, influence safe work practices, and provide safety management services to ensure a safe environment, reporting to the client and contractor stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of safety experience, a degree in Safety or related fields, OSHA 30-Hour Construction, and experience representing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of safety experience.
• A degree in Safety or related fields is preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course.
• Experience representing owners on a project.

Responsibilities

• Provide project safety support on behalf of the Owner and the Owner's representative.
• Coach and influence the safe execution of procedures and work plans.
• Support the project with safety management services to support a safe work environment.
• Serve as a safety resource to Client and Contractor stakeholders.
