Job summary

Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, is seeking an Employee Health and Safety Coordinator to support safety programs across industrial construction projects in the Phoenix Metro Area. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting field operations through training, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a construction background, at least 3 years in safety management, and relevant OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in safety management within construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, BCSP, IASHEP, or NCCER are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships and promote a strong safety culture.
• Develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures.
• Deliver safety training and provide resources to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and assessments to monitor compliance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support emergency preparedness through planning and drills.
