Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, or related discipline preferred.
• CSP/CHST/CSMC or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans in alignment with client and Hooper standards.
• Monitor safety compliance and audit performance at complex project sites.
• Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Stop work for imminent hazards and coordinate with client safety representatives.
