Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. in Ohio is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support jobsite safety, training, compliance, and incident documentation on active projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, and the ability to communicate safety expectations across field teams, subcontractors, and clients. You will lead safety orientations, conduct observations, and maintain records to ensure a compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or construction safety field experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety regulations.
• Experience conducting safety orientations, site observations, inspections, and meetings.
• Experience reviewing JSAs and JHAs.
• Ability to recognize hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and safety-related software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site-specific safety orientations for ISC Associates and subcontractors.
• Promote OSHA safety requirements and project safety rules.
• Lead toolbox talks, pre-task planning, JSAs and JHAs.
• Document safety observations and incidents for leadership review.
• Support incident response and confidential recordkeeping.
