Job summary

ISC Constructors is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support jobsite safety, training, compliance, hazard recognition, incident reporting, and safety recordkeeping on active construction projects. The role collaborates with craft professionals, field leadership, clients, and safety leadership to promote a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or construction safety field experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Experience conducting safety orientations, jobsite observations, inspections and safety meetings.
• Experience reviewing JSAs and JHAs.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site-specific safety orientations for associates and subcontractors.
• Support toolbox talks, pre-task planning, JSAs and JHAs.
• Monitor jobsite activities for OSHA and client compliance and document observations.
• Maintain accurate safety records and prepare safety reports.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigation support, and follow-up corrective actions.
