Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support jobsite safety activities, training, compliance, and recordkeeping across industrial construction projects.

The role collaborates with field leadership, clients, and safety teams to promote a safe, compliant work environment. The ideal candidate has industrial or construction safety experience, knowledge of OSHA requirements, and strong communication skills to engage craft employees, supervision, subcontractors,

Qualifications

• Two years of industrial or construction safety field experience.
• Working knowledge of common construction activities, jobsite hazards, and OSHA requirements.
• Experience conducting safety orientations, jobsite observations, inspections, and safety meetings.
• Experience reviewing Job Safety Analyses or Job Hazard Analyses.
• Ability to recognize workplace hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related business applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site-specific safety orientations for ISC associates and subcontractors.
• Communicate safety requirements from ISC, client, project, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with and conduct scheduled safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Participate in job hazard analyses discussions and hazard recognition.
• Provide safety coaching to associates and subcontractors and enforce safe-work practices.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and records.
