Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in program management or program controls.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ARM, Predict, Tableau.
• Self-motivated and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Identify threat and opportunity triggers to profile risk and cost.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and remaining budget.
• Collaborate with contractors to assess risks and views on client-held risks.
• Produce timely risk reports for stakeholders to communicate threat and opportunity status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) for contingency levels.
• Develop risk management plans and processes per client requirements.
• Lead end-to-end risk management on multiple projects/programs.
• Integrate risk management with program controls (cost, schedule, change, reporting).
• Provide knowledge transfer within the risk team and to the wider project controls team.
