Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will be an experienced risk professional who has supported large-scale construction projects across real estate, infrastructure, energy and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points for risk cost profiling and budget retirement.
• Produce risk reports and communicate threat/opportunity status to stakeholders.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels.
• Lead and run risk management processes across multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans in line with client requirements and frameworks.
• Coordinate with cost and schedule management and change control teams.
• Support expert witnesses in arbitral or litigation processes.
• Manage contract and claims management during construction stage.
