Posillico Civil, Inc. is seeking a Risk and Insurance Specialist to manage and coordinate the company’s insurance programs. You will review documentation, ensure compliance, and support risk management with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years in administrative, insurance, or risk management work, preferably in construction, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong MS Office skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant administrative, insurance, or risk management experience preferred.
• Experience within the construction industry and construction insurance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong detail orientation with accuracy in reviewing documentation and tracking compliance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with the Purchasing team to collect insurance documentation from vendors and subcontractors.
• Review insurance certificates for compliance with requirements.
• Maintain insurance records within Viewpoint and electronic risk files.
• Monitor project schedules to identify on-site subcontractors and address insurance compliance.
