Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, construction management, business, risk management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with subcontractor prequalification and management processes.
• Prepare quarterly exposure status reports for management and carriers.
• Support project teams in Builder’s Risk Insurance policies and monitoring.
• Assist in development of project teams utilizing AI tools to review contractual requirements.
• Review prime contracts for indemnity, insurance, and damages provisions.
