BNBuilders, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Specialist to support administration of the company’s insurance and risk-management programs, with a focus on subcontractor insurance compliance and construction-related coverages.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in commercial insurance and experience with CCIPs/OCIPs, Builder's Risk, or SDI, and will work closely with project teams, brokers, and leadership to reduce risk and ensure contract compliance.
Qualifikationen
- Five or more years of experience in commercial insurance, risk management, COI compliance, or related field.
- Experience with CCIPs/OCIPs, Builder's Risk, or SDI preferred.
- Ability to read contracts and identify insurance requirements, risks, and obligations.
Aufgaben
- Establish new projects in myCOI and maintain project/subcontractor insurance information.
- Assign insurance requirement sets to subcontracts in myCOI.
- Identify incomplete or noncompliant insurance documentation and coordinate corrections.
- Monitor subcontractor start dates and address deficiencies before work begins.
- Review certificates of insurance and endorsements for contractual compliance.
