Webcor Construction, LP is seeking an Assistant Risk Manager to oversee insurance programs for the company and its projects. The role liaises with Risk Management, Legal, Accounting and Warranty teams, project teams, insurers and brokers to guide programs and deliver trainings company-wide.

The ARM will support renewal processes, compliance reviews, certificates and bonds, and provide expertise on policy requirements while collaborating across departments to mitigate risk on construction

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in business, finance, risk management or insurance.
• Minimum two years of experience in construction risk management.
• In-house construction, broker or underwriter experience preferred.
• Base pay range is provided in the posting.

Aufgaben

• Supports the management of all aspects of insurance coverage for construction projects, including risk assessment and contract insurance review.
• Coordinates and supports insurance renewal processes across multiple coverages.
• Reviews project insurance requirements to identify risks and ensure contractual compliance.
• Manages and reviews project-specific insurance placement requests with brokers and quotes.
• Provides guidance on controlled insurance program policies and supports program administration.
• Contributes to development and implementation of processes for insurance program administration.
• Develops and delivers insurance training materials and promotes best practices.
• Reviews subcontractor insurance compliance requirements for project teams.
