Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience in business, finance, risk management or insurance is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in construction risk management.
• In-house construction, broker or underwriter experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports the management of insurance coverage for construction projects, including risk assessment and contract insurance review.
• Coordinates and supports insurance renewal processes including property, casualty and other coverages.
• Reviews project insurance requirements to identify risks and ensure contractual compliance.
• Manages and reviews project-specific insurance placement requests with brokers and quotes.
• Develops and delivers insurance training materials and promotes best practices.
• Reviews subcontractor insurance compliance and advises project teams on related matters.
