Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Risk and Insurance Manager to oversee builder's risk and construction liability programs across development and construction activities. The role analyzes insurance requirements in loan and project documents, partners with lenders, investors, and brokers, and monitors program costs and loss trends to guide decisions.

The position collaborates with Development, Construction, Finance, Legal, and external service providers to protect assets and reduce overall construction risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Supports placement, administration, and renewal of builder's risk insurance programs and related data collection.
