Qualifications

• Hands-on repair capability (windows/doors).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
• OSHA 10 and IICRC Water Mitigation certifications.
• Knowledge of general contracting and property inspection processes.

Job Overview

• Company: CARE-Property Services, Inc.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $85,000 – $110,000 per year plus Performance Based Bonuses.
• Location: Hanover, PA (30% Travel Required).
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time. (Emergence service is offered, so on call work will be occasionally required)
• Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Restoration.
• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong technical proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, and comfort working in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret detailed job scopes and architectural instructions.
• Ability to perform hands-on incidental structural repairs, including windows and doors.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to support regional project assignments.
• Physical capacity to lift 50 pounds and work in various outdoor weather conditions and environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 8 years of relevant construction and supervisory experience in a production-oriented environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in a related field.
• Possession of OSHA 10 certification and IICRC Water Mitigation certification.
• Advanced knowledge of general contracting and property inspection processes.
