Job summary

Flowtec Group in the United States is seeking a commercially minded recruitment consultant to own the construction desk, win clients, and place top talent.

You’ll source candidates, manage interviews and offers, and build lasting client relationships with support from Directors and the recruitment team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales or recruitment with evidence of strong results.
• The confidence to develop business and build lasting professional relationships.
• Clear communication, sound judgement and a proactive approach to solving hiring challenges.
• The organisation to manage several live assignments at once.
• The drive to succeed in a role where your initiative makes a direct difference.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with construction clients and hiring plans.
• Source, approach and assess candidates for construction vacancies.
• Advise clients and candidates and keep searches moving.
• Write engaging job adverts and use sourcing methods to reach talent.
• Manage interviews, offers and salary negotiations through to placement.
• Build market knowledge to deliver a strong service.
