Job summary

You will work with hiring managers, build relationships with external partners, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• AA Degree, BS/BA preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and creativity, performed in an on-site work environment.
• Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Demonstrated experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone and virtual candidate interviews with complex scheduling.
• Book candidate travel as needed and ensure smooth logistics.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other recruiting projects.
• Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system for reporting as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, trade schools, and industry organizations.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and onboarding of construction personnel.
