Job summary

Omega Morgan Group of Companies is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, and hire talent for diverse construction projects. The role centers on coordinating phone and virtual interviews, guiding hiring managers, and presenting candidates with a positive experience.

You will partner with multiple companies within the organization, manage the requisition process, and maintain accurate candidate records while contributing to process improvements and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced atmosphere, preferably in the construction industry.
• AA Degree, BS/BA preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and creativity, performed in an on-site work environment.
• Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Demonstrated experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone and virtual candidate interviews, including scheduling and travel as needed.
• Facilitate collaboration with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up and thoroughness in the hiring process.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Drive and participate in process improvement initiatives and recruiting projects.
• Maintain data integrity and update candidate records in the ATS.
