Job summary

Advanced GPR Corporation in Scottsdale, Arizona seeks an organized HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations and office operations. This is a full-time, in-office role with no remote work.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, maintain personnel files, track training and certifications, assist with payroll and timecards, and ensure subcontract compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Construction or skilled trades experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Advanced GPR is a rapidly growing specialty contractor providing Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), utility locating, concrete scanning, concrete cutting, concrete coring, firestopping, excavation, leak detection, CCTV pipe inspection, and underground imaging services throughout Arizona and beyond. We are seeking an organized, proactive HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and office operations. This is a full-time office-based position in Scottsdale, Arizona.
