Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter for an immediate need on a 06+ months contract, onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA / Minneapolis, MN. The recruiter will source, screen, and place construction professionals, building a strong candidate pipeline and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, skilled trades, or related positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for construction-related positions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled construction professionals.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruiting updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
