The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction or real estate consulting, strong communication, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, or capital projects consulting.
• Prefer CPA/CIA/CCA/CFE/PMP/PE certifications.
• Knowledge of construction phases from planning to closeout and real estate portfolio management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate process reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and clients.
• Support lifecycle engagements from acquisition to disposition aligned with business objectives.
