Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Quality Manager to lead the Quality Program across multiple project locations. You will ensure installations meet plans, codes, and specifications while collecting inspection and test reports.

The role requires 7–11 years in quality management with a certified welding inspector credential and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Travel up to 75% is involved.

Qualifications

• Requires 7–11 years of experience in quality management/quality systems in construction.
• Experience implementing quality plans, ITPs, and QA/QC processes across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor field quality personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company's Quality Program for projects across locations.
• Establish project quality requirements and communicate them to the PM team.
• Review subcontractor Quality submittals and ITPs for compliance.
• Ensure WPSs are applied and welders are qualified as required.
