Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction materials testing or QC.
• Able to read specs and drawings and turn them into a test schedule.
• Certified in ACI Grade I, NICET II, ICC inspector, or USACE CQM-C is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project inspection and test plan (ITP) and the testing frequency log.
• Schedule and witness field and laboratory tests, verify technician certifications.
• Write the daily quality control report and three-phase meeting records.
• Open, track, and close nonconformance reports with the superintendent and engineer of record; keep audit-ready files.
