Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager I to own the quality control program on a single project, under a senior quality manager. You will maintain the ITP, schedule and witness tests, and produce daily QC reports, ensuring NCRs are tracked to closure and nonconformances are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction materials testing or QC.
• At least one: ACI Grade I, NICET Level II, ICC special inspector, or USACE CQM-C.
• Able to read specifications and drawings and turn them into a test schedule.
• Direct, organized, and capable of communicating lift non-conformances to a superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ITP and testing frequency log against specs.
• Schedule and witness field and lab tests; verify technician certifications.
• Write the daily QC report and three-phase meeting records.
• Open, track, and close nonconformance reports with superintendent and engineer of record.
• Keep submittal, mix design, and material certification files audit-ready.
