Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western seeks a Quality Manager I for our Data Center Group in LaPorte, IN. The ideal candidate will oversee quality management systems and ensure project compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include coaching project staff, auditing quality programs, and managing inspection processes. AEC Bachelor's degree or related experience is preferred along with significant experience in quality roles. The position offers opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of AEC experience, with 3 years preferred in a Quality role.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and implement quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Champions quality for projects, ensuring safe, quality execution.
• Coaches and mentors project staff on quality management.
• Establishes Key Performance Indicators for continuous improvement.
• Audits project quality programs for improvements.
• Leads inspection and testing processes for compliance.
• Manages quality costs and optimizes project billing returns.
