The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western in LaPorte, IN is seeking a Project Manager for our Data Center Group. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage costs, schedule, engineering, and safety, and drive profit and client satisfaction on complex data center projects.

This role requires 7+ years in construction project management, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and proven client-relations success.

Responsibilities

Providing leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
Project start up, project completion, and close-out process.
Develops strategy for personnel development & recruiting.
Managing contractual issues.
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion.
Provide leadership and development to project team.
Final say in resolution of problems.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
Identify issues to Program Manager as needed for project success.
Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete.
Ensure construction site rules and procedures are followed.
Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
