Job summary

Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the project Quality Control Program on commercial and federal construction projects. You will implement the Three Phases of Control, manage submittals and RFIs, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and approved submittals.

The successful candidate will have an Engineering degree, at least 5 years of construction experience with QC coordination, and knowledge of NAVFAC/USACE QC

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in a construction-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years coordinating submittals and 5 years in construction with QC inspections.
• Strong knowledge of NAVFAC and USACE QC controls and project experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Prologic, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the project's Quality Control Program across commercial and federal projects.
• Manage submittals and RFIs, including logging, review, tracking, and compliance verification.
• Conduct quality inspections and document results; maintain QC records.
• Coordinate with project team to resolve quality issues and ensure schedule alignment.
• Lead project closeout documentation and turnover packages; support as-built updates.
