BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance in Alpharetta, GA. You will lead inspection teams, review QC data, and coordinate with owners, designers, and contractors to ensure compliance with contract documents and codes.

Responsibilities include managing field operations, developing QA plans, and delivering final quality reports. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong writing skills, and travel flexibility to site work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in project management.
Experience in earthwork quality control, inspection, or testing.
Expertise in IBC, ASTM, ACI, DOT, and municipal standards.
Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to travel and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols to ensure quality compliance.
Analyze testing results, reports, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain high attention to detail and precision in all inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex quality issues proactively.
Plan, organize, and oversee quality assurance operations across multiple projects.
