Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC/warranty service required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Intermediate practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Valid drivers’ license
• OSHA 10

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims lifecycle and coordination with owner/client.
• Evaluate and classify warranty issues and notify subcontractors within 24 hours.
• Coordinate eleven month warranty walk with Project Manager/Coordinator.
• Conduct follow-up visits to verify customer satisfaction at multiple intervals.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for quality repairs and workmanship.
• Maintain thorough warranty communication logs and documentation.
• Provide progress updates to General Superintendent/Vice President.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance related to warranty requests.
• Address minor warranty issues (paint, drywall, hardware, cleaning, patches).
• Perform site inspections to ensure work conforms to construction documents (water/air intrusion).
• Analyze root causes of claims to reduce future occurrences.
• Perform other duties as required in a professional manner.
