Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspection, testing, and compliance across multiple active projects.

You will lead teams of inspectors, coordinate with contractors and owners, and ensure adherence to contract documents and CQA plans. You will review QA documentation, manage geosynthetics testing, prepare status updates, and ensure final certification of construction quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Expertise in International Building Code (IBC), ASTM, ACI, DOT, and applicable municipal standards.
• Broad knowledge of construction processes including earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, structural steel, and foundations.
• Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols to ensure quality compliance.
• Analyze testing results, reports, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain high attention to detail and precision in all inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex quality issues proactively.
• Plan, organize, and oversee quality assurance operations across multiple projects.
