Invitation Homes is seeking a Purchasing Assistant-ResiBuilt to support the purchasing and construction teams and handle general office duties. The role reports to the Purchasing Manager and requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in purchasing within construction, are effective communicators, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment. This on-site position includes standard benefits and potential discretionary bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a purchasing assistant or in a similar role within construction or related industry.

Aufgaben

• Maintain vendor packets and qualifications.
• Request pricing and load price changes.
• Keep all plans updated.
• Create new project and/or product binders.
• Coordinate all paperwork for vendors.
• Process purchase orders, change orders and notices to proceed.
• Research invoice or purchase order issues as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and direct as appropriate.
• Make purchases with management approval.
• Conduct monthly office supply inventory and reorder as needed.
